A little about me
Whether you are buying a home or selling your property, making sure you are working with an agent who understands your needs and can troubleshoot any potential challenges that may come up along the way is critical to meeting your real estate goals.
I have been described as a velvet hammer – as someone well-attuned to her clients’ needs and willing to stand up for them. Buyers and sellers in the market these days need an edge when it comes to the transaction, and I provide this by being proactive, seeking out answers before the questions have been asked. I treat each of my clients like they are my only client, providing the client care that I know I like to receive when someone is working on my behalf. I am a very discerning individual myself and know what it takes to deliver results that amaze and delight my clients.
Before I began my career in real estate, I spent twenty years working for non-profit organizations affiliated with the National Hockey League in Montreal, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Seattle. My job was to raise funds for the non-profit and during my service, I raised millions of dollars. My work put me in touch with many top business leaders and powerful people. As a result, I learned to not be intimidated by any task or person, how to market effectively to these individuals, and it provided me the mindset that I use every day in my real estate career. My tenacity often got me the donation then; today that tenacity gets my clients the deal.
Having grown up on the Sammamish Plateau and having lived here my entire life, I have knowledge of the area not many real estate agents can match. Because I am a graduate of the local schools, currently have three boys (and numerous nieces, nephews, and second cousins) enrolled in a number of different schools within the region, my understanding of the school districts is unparalleled. In addition, I have vast knowledge about sports and the different activities that are available for kids throughout our area.
In addition to helping home buyers and sellers, I am also skilled at helping people relocate, I am comfortable with investment properties, and if now is not the right time to buy, I can also help coordinate rental property, especially for those relocating. I will provide the upmost expertise, organization and execution of your home buying, or selling experience. Please contact me today for advice on any real estate transaction….I look forward to working with you!
